Gather & key in invoices, statements, reports, & documents.
Process, enter the data and ensure the accuracy of the data.
Entering and updating information into relevant databases.
Ensuring data is backed up.
Liaise with the operation team.
Handling additional duties from time to time.
Job Requirement
Fresh graduates are welcomed
Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills .
Great attention to detail
Must have own transport
