Key Details:
Interviews
will be conducted at the nearest branch.
Successful candidates will undergo
training at the nearest branch
before relocating back to Penang once the new branch officially opens.
Job Responsibilities:
Key in insurance information for customers (walk-in, phone calls, and online chats).
Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and completeness of customer data.
Provide customer assistance when needed (via phone/chat/walk-in).
Perform other administrative tasks as required by management.
Requirements:
Minimum
Diploma
in any field.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
and computer applications.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
A fast learner who loves to learn new things and can adapt quickly to changes.
Good communication skills.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
