Proven experience in data entry and customer service roles.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
Can speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin

Responsibilities
Data Entry:
Accurately input and update data into our databases and systems.
Verify and review data for errors or discrepancies.
Maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
Generate reports and summaries from data as required
Customer Service:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
