:

The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for processing account applications, verifying all required supporting documents, and escalating them to the respective team via the system. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.

Responsibilities:

? ?Review customer details to ensure information accuracy. ? ?Verify required supporting documents. ? ?Request customers to provide updated documents if errors are found. ? ?Assign applications to the respective team once completed. ? ?Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. ? ?Provide regular updates on application processing. ? ?Retrieve information from various sources and input it into the system. ? ?Generate reports and perform data analysis as required. ? ?Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency. ? ?Follow established procedures for data entry and management. ? ?Achieve daily and weekly data entry targets and deadlines. ? ?Provide support to other departments when needed.

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus 1+ year of data entry or administrative experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good computer skills (Excel, data entry tools, etc.) Clear written and verbal communication Able to manage time and meet deadlines Comfortable handling confidential information Team player with a positive attitude Quick learner and able to follow procedures
Working Days: Monday - Friday (Saturday & Sunday off )
Working Hours: 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM
