Your contribution to something big!

• Perform master data changes or new data entry requirement of employee data into HR Core.
• Responsible to update and run the mass HR administration processes.
• Administer HR-related documentation - including (but not limited to) contracts of employment, medical certificate, letters etc.
• Manages all administrative activities within the employee life cycle - including onboarding, leaver movements, salary adjustments, promotions, personal data change, etc.
• Consistently review and update the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to ensure completeness and updated.
• Identifies opportunities to improve HR operations services and processes, and escalates appropriately.
• Responsible for the Input of all data related to finalizing leaver cases and new hire after payroll cutoff.

Qualifications

What Bosch Malaysia is looking for!

• Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
• Possess good English communication skills (both written and spoken)
• Well-versed in SAP HR Core Module
• Possess deep knowledge in Malaysian Employment Law
• Proficient in Microsoft Office ( i.e. Excel, Words, PowerPoint)
• Excellent Interpersonal Skill, Planning, and Organization Skills.
• Detailed Oriented and Resourceful

This is a contract position.
