Location: Menara Southpoint, Mid Valley KL Job Title: Data Management Analyst : Analyzing, Organizing, and Optimizing Data About Us: Knight Frank Malaysia is a leading real estate consultancy dedicated to leveraging data-driven insights for strategic decision-making. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Coordinator to join our team. This role is instrumental in coordinating the work of an external consultant to develop a comprehensive company-wide data warehouse. Position Summary: As a Data Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the successful development and implementation of our company-wide PowerBI dashboard. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external consultants to ensure seamless coordination, communication, and timely delivery of the project. Besides being skilled in PowerBI, the ideal candidate is highly organized, has a strong attention to detail, and possesses excellent communication skills. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the establishment of a robust data infrastructure within the organization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to define project requirements and objectives. Coordinate meetings, workshops, and discussions between stakeholders and the external consultant. Track project progress, identify potential issues, and proactively propose solutions to ensure the project stays on schedule. 2. Data Analysis and Documentation: Assist in gathering and analyzing data requirements from various departments within the organization. Document data sources, data definitions, and data mapping for the Power BI dashboard. Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity in collaboration with relevant teams. 3. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and validation of the Power BI dashboard to ensure accuracy and functionality. Work closely with the consultant to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues in the dashboard. 4. Communication: Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and the external consultant, facilitating effective communication and understanding. Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and milestones achieved. 5. Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal teams on using the Power BI dashboard effectively. Address user queries and issues related to the dashboard post-implementation. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Property / Real Estate, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field. Proven experience in project coordination and management, preferably in data-related projects. Prior experience in the real estate industry is necessary. Familiarity with data analysis tools and concepts, with experience in Power BI being a strong advantage. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to ensuring data accuracy and quality. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve issues effectively. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. -
