For a sneak peek into life at allnex, don\xe2\x80\x99t miss our Operator Movie!Position overviewWe are looking for an analytical and motivated individual to be a part of our Data Management team as a Data Management Process & Systems Analyst. In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of our organization\'s data assets. You will also contribute to testing system improvements and provide technical support to resolve data-related issues, ensuring seamless data operations across the organization.If you\'re someone who has a strong attention to detail, is analytical, and is a strong team player, then this role is for you!Responsibilities
-Accurately collect and enter data into the ERP system.
-Perform regular data quality checks and audits by identifying and correcting data discrepancies.
-Implement data backup and recovery procedures.
-Analyze data to identify trends and generate reports.
-Ensure data security and privacy by monitoring and managing data access permissions.
-Cooperate with various business units to understand data needs.
-Document data management policies and procedures and identify and implement process improvements.
-Participate in data management projects and contribute to global initiatives.
-Provide technical support for data management tools and resolve data-related issues.Required skills and experience
-Minimum 2 years of experience in Master Data Management
-Fluent in English
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Experience in SAP is an added advantage
-Proficiency in MS OfficeQualifications
-Bachelor\'s degree in IT or equivalentWe offer
