Job Responsibilities A successful candidate will be passionate about disciplined, comprehensive test execution, with a strong desire to deliver impactful user experiences to business users, work with business users to drive test strategy and execution. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: . Assist on user access request, removal and review process. . Review user data requests, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to data governance policies. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver relevant data required within agreed timeline. . Develop and maintain data provisioning processes for efficient data retrieval and analysis. . Data quality checks to ensure data deliver comply to SOP and according to SLA. . Production support including job monitoring and user queries. . Analyse and interpret complex datasets to provide actionable insights. . Respond to all requests from stakeholders in a timely professional manner. . Effective analytical skills of the system. . Design, develop and maintain business intelligence solutions such as interactive dashboards to help the business leverage their internal data assets for strategic decision making. Hands-on development of data models and visualisations will be required. . Support business users through use of data analytics and deployment of data analytics capabilities. . Evaluate and improve existing analytics tools and platforms. Job Requirements Minimum 1 or 2 years working experience in basic SQL skill, specifically in HiveQL and Impala. . Understand application business area and application requirements, specifically in the banking environment. . Degree in Actuarial Science, Actuarial Mathematics, Statistic or Computer Science. . Experience in data modelling and visualising with QlikSense, Power BI or similar. . Exposure to Python, R and other new Big Data technologies is preferred. . Possess good written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to present in a clear and compelling manner. . Analytical ability would be a plus. .
