Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Migration Engineer to lead and execute the safe, efficient transfer of data to Microsoft D365. You will be responsible for developing data mappings, performing ETL processes, ensuring data quality, and troubleshooting issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams.This is a 2-year contract role with possibility to convert to their internal data team at the end of the project.

• Develop and maintain data mappings from source to target systems.
• Perform ETL processes, ensuring accurate data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Conduct data quality assessments and implement data cleansing to maintain integrity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve migration issues to ensure a smooth data transfer.
• Ensure data security and compliance with relevant standards during migration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure seamless integration into Microsoft D365.
• Document data migration procedures for ongoing reference and process improvement.
• Ensure system readiness and compliance with business requirements during migration.

Be a key player in ensuring the successful migration of data to Microsoft D365|Work alongside cross-functional teams for a MNC

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with data migration projects, involving tier-1 ERP systems like D365, SAP, Oracle, etc.
• Proficiency in SQL and expertise with database systems, particularly SQL Server.
• Strong experience in data modeling and database design.
• Proven ability to manage complex ETL processes and troubleshoot data issues effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple stakeholders during migration projects.
• Knowledge of data security standards and compliance regulations during system transfers.
