Job Description


  • Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Data Science).
  • Previous experience in social media listening, tracking, or data analysis is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Effective communication skills for client interactions.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their APIs is a plus.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software is beneficial.
ResponsibilitiesOperational Management
  • Oversee mainstream projects from the initial phase of reviewing client requirements to the final stages of production and distribution.
  • Ensure the integrity of the client\'s design and manage project quality.
  • Tracks team performance and ensures the quality of work is within acceptable levels.
  • Establish and carry out departmental or organizational goals, policies, and procedures.
  • Oversee the department\'s financial and budgetary activities.
  • Consult with other executives, staff, and board members about general operations.
  • Hiring, training, and developing new employees.
  • Organizing the work schedule of the Operations team.
Account Configuration
  • Conduct initial data research on the client\'s brands and industries to propose a suitable setup structure: campaign, tags, and label.
  • Create and configure tracking accounts on relevant platforms, ensuring all settings are optimized for data collection.
  • Set up data collection parameters, keywords, hashtags, and filters to capture relevant conversations and posts.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve setup-related issues in a timely manner to minimize disruptions to business operations.
  • Stay up to date with changes and updates to the portal and adapt data collection strategies accordingly.
Data Validation and Keywords Optimization
  • Perform preliminary analysis of collected data to identify trends, insights, and potential areas of interest for clients or
  • internal teams to refine the setup based on objectives.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of data collection processes to ensure high- quality data.
  • Continuously monitor and revise keyword lists and search queries to reduce junk and enhance the relevance of collected data.
