Ensure the implementation of Master Data/Data Governance policies and procedures within Arkema
Asia-Pacific * Align Arkema Asia-Pacific Master Data Management with the strategic direction of the Global Data
Organization * Implement controls and compliance metrics to mitigate risks of fraud, reduce data issues, improve
data accuracy and quality and measure team performance, with respect of rules of segregation of duties * Execute key controls and make recommendations for process improvements based on
assessment/test results. * Identify data problems, corrective actions and resolve
Participate in data conversion and migration required by the roll-out of new information systems in
Asia-Pacific, in close coordination with project teams * Seek out continuous process improvement opportunities, through benchmarks, user groups and
discussions with users to improve speed & accuracy of master data processes
Required Profile
Bachelor\'s degree in IT related field and at least two years equivalent work experience required
Basic understanding of business operation processes
Excellent communication and influencing skills
High sense of urgency and follow-through
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well independently or as part of a team
The role can be base at Selangor or Johor Bahru (at least 2-4 days a month physically present at Selangor office)
