Mission Details
- Ensure the implementation of Master Data/Data Governance policies and procedures within Arkema
Organization * Implement controls and compliance metrics to mitigate risks of fraud, reduce data issues, improve
data accuracy and quality and measure team performance, with respect of rules of segregation of
duties * Execute key controls and make recommendations for process improvements based on
assessment/test results. * Identify data problems, corrective actions and resolve
- Participate in data conversion and migration required by the roll-out of new information systems in
discussions with users to improve speed & accuracy of master data processes
Required Profile
- Bachelor\'s degree in IT related field and at least two years equivalent work experience required
- Basic understanding of business operation processes
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- High sense of urgency and follow-through
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well independently or as part of a team
- The role can be base at Selangor or Johor Bahru (at least 2-4 days a month physically present at Selangor office)
