Responsible for performing quality control checks, identifying job problems, and ensuring that job orders are completed according to schedule
Process documents and verify the accuracy of clients\' information
Include parts of customer service, calling clients to check the information in the databases, spreadsheets and documents
Communicate with vendors to ensure the smoothness of the entire process.
