Position: Data Processing SpecialistIndustry: BankingWorking Location: 165 Jalan Ampang, 50450 Kuala Lumpur (WFO)Working Hours/Day: Monday - Friday, Flexible working hoursWorking Duration: 6 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (subjected to business needs)Salary: Basic up to RM2,300 (Based on qualifications & experiences) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + medical coverageJob Purpose:Ops support for Transfer Agency/Unit Trust.Job Background/context:To provide the support for the team on ensuring the KPI met.Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and enter unit registry transactions in the registry system
• Receive and upload unit prices to the registry system
• Produce, review and send investor statements
• Produce end of day client reporting
• Provide creative solutions to reduce errors and to ensure adherence to audit and control policies
• Provide back-up coverage for team members and assist team members during high volume periods
• Perform daily day end reconcilement confirming number of order by type received and processed.
• Meet reporting deadlines in accordance with the client\'s.
• Follow applicable Group Compliance policies for the TA role.

Job Requirement:

• Essential Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Desirable Bachelor\'s degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
• 1 year working experience preferable.
• Knowledge of operations as Data Processing Exe.
• Well verse in MS Office
• Fast learner.
• Able to handle pressure in term of deadline
• Good time management
• Candidate should be flexible ready to work in different shifts/weekend.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
