ALBS is an Air Liquide entity in Kuala Lumpur, regrouping for the APAC scope its Business Service Centers (Kuala Lumpur and Shanghai) as well as the two Global Functions (IT, Digital and Procurement). Within a given functional scope, the Data Product Manager manages a portfolio of data products throughout their lifecycle. Within this scope, he/she defines the portfolio\'s roadmap with the business and manages it from conception to operation.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Roadmap and partnership with the business:

• Build the product portfolio roadmap in collaboration with the business, taking into account technical requirements, value creation and input from solution owners, other product managers and team.
• Communicate this roadmap to the team and stakeholders
• Act as the point of contact for the business, collecting and taking into account feedback from the business, making proposals to meet needs and provide maximum added value with our data solutions.
• Lead scoping workshops with the business to collect and qualify requirements and identify the features to be developed,
• Present GDO\'s service offerings and support the acculturation of business to data issues
• Prioritize the backlog with the business and ensure that the team understands the issues.

Team activities with Managed Service Provider (MSP)

• Feedback for squad teams development, particularly in terms of data expertise and business knowledge
• Ensure the right mix of skills within the team and escalate the gap on managed service provider side
• Contribute to GDO team dynamics and be a driving force behind innovative initiatives in data expertise, product management, agile practices, etc.

Activity management

• Arbitrate priorities when necessary
• Identify the MSP squad team\'s medium-term capacity and/or skills evolution needs, and implement the associated actions with support from Service Delivery Manager.
• Regularly work with agile squad team of MSP on a day-to day-basis.

Budget monitoring and invoicing

• Secure the funding needed to execute the roadmap and manage products.
• Monitor the budget for projects and products within the scope of your responsibilities
• Communicate and explain budget items to business partners
• Ensure that team members comply with processes (workload estimates, time recording, etc.).
• Communicate financial information (time spent, order status, etc.) required for invoicing to the management controller, and carry out quarterly reviews for projects and products within his/her scope.

Are you a MATCH?

• At least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in product management, project management or delivery management.
• Ability to understand technical subjects and the data environment (BI, AI, data governance, etc.)
• Experienced in Power BI and other data analysis tools for data modelling and mapping.
• User/Customer centered, understands business requirements, objectives and motivations of team members.
• Results-oriented, earns trust through transparent communication and respect of commitments
