By utilizing accurate measurement technologies, they assist customers in improving productivity, ensuring product quality, and meeting regulatory requirements.

What requirements you\'ll need to be eligible

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a comprehensive assessment of existing systems and applications to identify any non-compliance areas with local regulations.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to ensure adherence to data protection policies for both current and future digital data carriers, such as SAP Applications and SharePoint.
  • Establish procedures for effective governance of data protection policies, including conducting data privacy impact assessments.
  • Devise strategies for archiving data from relevant systems in a secure manner.
  • Foster strong collaboration with the corporate legal department.
  • Maintain internal documentation on privacy matters, including record-keeping of processing activities and acting as the main contact for privacy-related inquiries.
  • Promote internal awareness by providing training to all departments and creating initiatives to enhance data privacy awareness, such as organizing events like "Data Protection Day.\'"
Qualification:
  • The candidate should hold a Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience is required.
  • Prior experience in the field of data protection is essential. Having a legal educational background and experience in data law is advantageous.
  • The candidate should have knowledge of local data protection laws, regulations, and industry practices.
  • Understanding the challenges related to digital and IT landscapes and the business implications is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.
  • The candidate should possess strong project management skills and be able to effectively manage projects.
  • They should have the ability to influence key stakeholders and maintain strong relationships.
  • The candidate should have a proactive mindset, be determined, and capable of providing continuous guidance.
  • Additionally, the ability to manage internal control processes is important.
  • Proficiency in English is necessary.
