Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data & Reporting Analyst with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Business Intelligence tools to support top management with accurate, insightful, and timely reports. The ideal candidate should have strong capabilities in data handling, reporting automation, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, maintain, and analyze recurring and ad hoc reports for top management. Develop automated dashboards and data visualization tools using Power BI or other BI platforms. Extract, clean, and structure data from multiple departments and systems for reporting purposes. Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement. Create and maintain Excel-based tools using Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, and data modeling techniques. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting deliverables. Assist in business planning, forecasting, and KPI monitoring through effective data insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and propose solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or any relevant field. (A Master's Degree is an added advantage.) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, charts, and more). Hands-on experience in Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Able to work independently under tight deadlines and manage multiple reporting tasks. Good communication skills to translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in corporate reporting or working with large datasets. Familiarity with SQL or other data querying languages is a plus.
