Key Responsibilities
- Generate training-related reports such as course completion status and manage distribution to key stakeholders across the business.
- Support Ad-hoc data requests
- Prepare the report and analysis related to Employee\xe2\x80\x99s Learning
- Develop Microsoft Power BI dashboard
- Manage and oversee Microsoft Power BI projects. Maintain LMS dashboard reporting.
- Identify and practice process improvement solutions to boost productivity and save the time taken to perform the task manually.
- Analyze daily operations to find areas that need improvement and drive process improvement.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualification and Education
- Bachelor\'s degree (e.g., business administration, Data Science, Human Resources, etc.)
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel functionality
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and data analysis skills
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in BI tools such as Power BI or equivalent.
- Ability to initiate and drive projects when needed.
- Ability to work well both independently and with others under tight deadlines.
- Experience in learning new data tools quickly and executing in these tools.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to respond to common inquiries in a timely manner.
