Job Description
Data & Reporting - Learning & Development Key Responsibilities Generate training-related reports such as course completion status and manage distribution to key stakeholders across the business. Support Ad-hoc data requests Prepare the report and analysis related to Employee\'s Learning Develop Microsoft Power BI dashboard Manage and oversee Microsoft Power BI projects. Maintain LMS dashboard reporting. Identify and practice process improvement solutions to boost productivity and save the time taken to perform the task manually. Analyze daily operations to find areas that need improvement and drive process improvement. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualification and Education Bachelor\'s degree (e.g., business administration, Data Science, Human Resources, etc.) Advanced in Microsoft Excel functionality Excellent analytical, organizational, and data analysis skills 1-2 years of hands-on experience in BI tools such as Power BI or equivalent. Ability to initiate and drive projects when needed. Ability to work well both independently and with others under tight deadlines. Experience in learning new data tools quickly and executing in these tools. Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to respond to common inquiries in a timely manner.
