Your Role

This role will be part of the People Analytics function, supporting with basic reporting and working on preparing data models for People Analytics.

People Analytics:

People Analytics Team partners with business to provide data-driven insights and drive people performance across the organization. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong data management skills, BI dashboard development skills, as well as regression analysis skills.

• Work in preparing data models and analyze them in R or Python
• Supports with Data quality: conduct data integrity audits to ensure high level of data governance and accuracy
• Database design and data modeling, partner with global HR data engineers to develop reginal database
• Design and deliver various reports, improve the automation and self-service of the reporting process
• Develop people dashboards using Excel & Power BI, continuously drive for improvements to give better user experience and drive engagement on analytics solutions
• Provide actionable insights by analyzing the trends, correlations and causes, present key implications and recommendations to People team and business leaders

• You will work as a part of the People Analytics function for APAC&MEA.
• Your day will include working with the other HRS colleagues and the HRBP's and HR COEs to ensure the delivery of a best-in-class employee experience. Aligned with our Electrolux business strategy and to drive a positive experience for the Employees in the organisation, and translate the data into actionable insights for business to take data driven decisions.
• You will interact with various HRBP's across all regions understanding their needs and take the inputs into how we can enhance the insights for their organisation.
