We are looking for an experienced and motivated Lead Data Scientist to join our data science team. You will be responsible for leading a talented team of data scientists and BI analysts to develop advanced solutions for financial problem statements and generate valuable insights for the business.

• Lead a team of data scientists and BI analysts
• Develop advanced solutions for finance problem statements
• Identify new opportunities in Finance domain
• Generate valuable insights for the business

Role requirements

• Multiple data science/AI projects delivered
• Advanced knowledge of forecasting
• Commercial mindset (understanding of Energy industry is a bonus)
• Experience in delivering Analytics projects for Finance (bonus)
• Proficiency in Python
• GitHub repo to showcase work
• Familiarity with cloud technology, SQL, and object-oriented programming (bonus)
• Understanding of finance and financial accounting (bonus)
• Expertise in statistics and mathematics
• Data quality analysis, hypothesis testing, and advanced timeseries forecasting techniques
• Proficiency in other programming languages like C++, Java, and SCALA (bonus)
