Job Description

- Discuss with technical domain experts, IT team and external vendors on project requirements and work with data-scientists to draft project requirements, execute on POC and deploy end-to-end.

- Responsible for defining and ensuring adherence for project scope, timeline and resources

- Anticipate possible project risks and formulate alternative paths as risk mitigation solutions

- Facilitate global cross-site roll out of solutions by working closely with the plant project coordinator to ensure proper documentation and adherence to manufacturing and quality requirements

- Responsible for budget proposals and involved in the assessment of hardware and service purchases required for the completion of the project

- Manage and improve project management framework within the Data Science & Analytics group to ensure high quality products are delivered with speed and at the right cost

- Involved in long term project portfolio planning to anticipate and prioritize projects that maximizes value for the company

Profile

- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing process, understand functions of machines at each process for assembly & test

- Familiar with operational KPIs such as yield, OEE and quality management systems

- Good knowledge on project management philosophy and tools

- Able to manage demands from various stakeholders and organize a cross-functional team to produce required project outcomes

- Technically competent in the application of machine learning models, such as convolutional neural networks for image classification and time-series and/or decision tree models for predictive analytics.

- Familiar with python libraries required to conduct data exploration and for building machine learning models

- Familiar with visualization tools such as PowerBI and TIBCO Spotfire
