• Utilize advanced analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities to address complex business challenges.
• Apply expertise in Python and related libraries and frameworks (including XGBoost, LightGBM, NLTK, Spacy, Pyspark, TensorFlow, and NetworkX) to develop and deploy machine learning models.
• Work with Dataiku and SAS to manage, analyze, and interpret large datasets.
• Demonstrate strong business acumen, particularly within the banking industry, to ensure data-driven solutions align with business goals and strategies.
• Lead data science projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, share insights, and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.

• Advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist, with a focus on applying advanced analytics in a business context.
• Proficient in Python and its associated libraries and frameworks for machine learning and data processing.
• Strong experience with Dataiku and SAS for data management and analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of the banking industry and the ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage projects and mentor junior team members.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with big data technologies and frameworks.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages and data science tools.
