It\'s how we continuously learn, improve, and innovate. Position Overview We are looking for a talented Data Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will be closely collaborating with multiple teams to contribute to various stages of the data analytics and model development process. This position will report directly to the Head of Data Science. Responsibilities Assist in research and development efforts to identify and assess new and alternative data sources to support innovative data usage in credit decisioning. Work closely with the teams to help develop and implement credit scoring models that assess the creditworthiness of customers. Collaborate with different business units to capture data for various model inputs. Help to utilize advanced machine learning algorithms to enhance credit models under supervision. Support senior team members in monitoring and continuously adjusting the models. Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis as and when required. Join us if you have. 1 to 3 years of experience in data science, data analytics, and/or risk scoring/decision engines. A Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field. Strong technical skills in Python and SQL are essential. Experience with BI/data visualization tools. Familiarity with machine learning models. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Experience in script automation (preferred). Experience in cloud computing (preferred). Excellent communication and people skills with strong attention to detail.
