Description Role Profile Regional Learning Team Data Specialist Purpose of Role The Regional Learning Team Data Specialist is responsible for supporting the Regional Learning Team by effectively innovating data systems and processes to monitor and measure the performance of all aspects of learning across the ISP Malaysia Region. Based at ISP Malaysia\'s Regional Office, this role involves developing systems of \'best practice\' to support schools with their data captures and tracking to improve the consistency in the region. This is a two-year contract role for someone who is flexible and detail-oriented, with the capability to identify patterns, trends, and outliers in data. For more information visithttp://www.internationalschoolspartnership.com Regional Learning Team Data Specialist Core Responsibilities Support the Regional Director of Learning and Learning Team with data collection and analysis for academic achievement: IGCSE, A Level, SPM, English as an additional language (EAL) and multilingualism (ML) as well as GL Education\'s (GL) assessment tools. Create clear, concise reports and high-level visual presentations through AI and Power BI for Learning Surveys, Learning Visit Analysis, ISP\'s Learning Improvement Process (LIP), and all Road Map progress data. Manage, cleanse and format data to support decision-making and drive success for the Learning Team across the region. Analyse assessment data and findings as well as prepare feedback reports of any nature related to school operations. Create consistent, meaningful data visual representations to communicate insights effectively to all school leaders to identify trends, patterns and correlations. Provide training and support for in-school data leads to optimise learning success through the review, production, and analysis of learning-focused data. Create reliable, quality systems to measure performance and conduct in-depth analysis to support making informed decisions to improve outcomes. Other Responsibilities Set up and develop effective and efficient systems to capture learning progress across the region. Serve as the primary contact with GL Assessment to support technical issues and development. Support and provide expertise on data migration from systems into HubSpot, such as GL Assessment tools and any other essential school data, from a regional perspective. Liaise with the Regional IT Team for data transfers and updates where applicable (HubSpot). Maintain user accounts and develop an appropriate user account system where appropriate. Meet with the Regional Learning Team to develop future needs and align the system with strategic vision and targets. Coordinate learning data input and conduct accuracy checks including system updates. Data input is focused on external examinations, including estimated grades and the end of Key Stage tests. Line Management The Data Specialist will report to the Regional Director of Learning. Qualifications And Experience Education : Bachelor\'s Degree in a relevant field. Experience And Skills Strong ICT skills including Microsoft Office applications and Power BI (training available). Attention to detail to ensure a high level of accuracy.
