Main responsibilities expected:

• Design and build interactive dashboards and reports using DigDash Enterprise, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve digDash processes and reports sending whenever some issues are encountered.
• Strong SQL knowledge and experience working with data lake architectures and querying tools (e.g. Vertica, Postgresql)
• Collaborate reactively and autonomously with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders from France/Lux and Malaysia when any production or issues arise.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance within visual outputs.
• Optimize dashboard performance and manage data refresh cycles.
• Support user training and promote self-service BI through dashboard sharing and documentation.
• Implement security and access controls within the DigDash platform.
• Participate in continuous improvement of BI practices, visual storytelling, and UI/UX design.

Work experience :

6years of experience working as a Data visualizer -developer
In addition of having clear business analyst skills, any experience in supporting production to business users would be very appreciated.
Work experience in Finance, banking or insurance industry is preferred.
Academic requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Required technical Skills :

• Proficiency in DigDash Enterprise is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and practical experience working with Vertica as a data warehouse/data lake engine
• Solid understanding of data modeling, metadata.
• Demonstrated ability to create clean, insightful, and performant dashboards.
• Good understanding of data lifecycle, ETL/ELT processes, and business KPIs.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS and Java language.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical dashboard requirements.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of project development methodologies (Agile).
• Knowledge of other BI tools (e.g Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
