About us:

We are creating a comprehensive solution that allows you to absolutely legally make remuneration payments to individuals through our service. We take full responsibility for all processes, from the collection of identification information about the payee, all related checks and ending with the direct transfer of funds. Our solution simplifies the contractor remuneration process for our clients as much as possible.

ABOUT THIS ROLE:

We are looking for a Database Admin (Mid-Level) under IT Team. This DBA will be responsible for all Xsolla\'s products all over the world and will be a part of international DBA team. \

RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will build robust, reliable and effective database management solutions for all lines of business
• You will provide technical direction and database expertise for complex data repository challenges
• Build and maintain documentation, internal technical white papers, IT proposals
• Responsible for performance monitoring, and incident response of company databases running on multiple environments based on -MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB and etc
• Installation, configuration, monitoring, upgrading and maintaining complex databases in production and non-production environments

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong knowledge of SQL
• Experience working on MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Clickhouse, Redis
• 1+ years of experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL Databases on all aspects - from installation, maintenance, development, optimization and performance tuning
• Experience with Linux OS (specifically, Ubuntu)
• Good English communication skill
• Very attentive to tiny details, confident.

NICE TO HAVE

• Basic shell scripting and automation for daily needs - advantage
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform
• Knowledge of Data Warehouse basics
