Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related IT field
• Experience with database technologies
• Familiarity with database management (MS-SQL) and understanding of programming languages (C#)
• Experience using Windows operating systems and SQL Server
• Familiarity with writing and maintaining technical documentation (design specifications, operation manuals, support documents, release notes)
• Results-oriented with excellent analytical and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage company data management practices and policies
• Understand data structure standards and concepts
• Familiar with database design, implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Install and maintain the performance of database servers
• Develop and implement database security optimization processes
• Establish and maintain database standards
• Manage database access permissions
• Optimize database system performance
• Install, upgrade, and manage database applications
• Diagnose and troubleshoot database failures
• Recommend and implement emerging database technologies
• Create and manage database reports
• Good time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Provide on-call technical support as needed
