Job Description
Open Position: Database Administrator (Oracle & BI)
An MNC company is currently hiring for Oracle Database Administrator in the Perak office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage daily database administration tasks including performance monitoring, tuning and capacity management to support global business operations
- Supports database functions by designing and implement changes when needed
- Good experience managing and maintaining databases to support testing and production environments
- Good experience in creating new database instances, performing database maintenance, backups, mirroring and etc
- Good experience in using Oracle database 11g, 12c with good scripting skills using bash, command and etc
- Good experience in using Microsoft SQL 2012, 2016 and above would be added advantage
- Having experience working in Windows or Unix/Linux platform together with exposure in Network and IT Infrastructure would be added advantage
- Good experience in supporting global environment and working with colleagues regionally
- A team player and comfortably working in a diverse team culture based environment
