Job Responsibilities: Develops and plans database structural architecture and requirements by evaluating client operations, applications, and existing systems. Constructs and configures various database types, including Mongo, MySQL, and Redis, based on current business development trends. Manages database upgrades, backup, recovery, and data migration. Designs and deploys Disaster Recovery plans and High Availability solutions for diverse database systems. Sets up and maintains Linux-based systems for databases. Executes daily database tasks such as implementing performance-enhancing indexes and optimizing query performance. Fine-tunes configurations on databases and servers for improved performance. Implements effective backup and recovery processes. Monitors database health using various system parameters and automates repetitive tasks. Ensures compliance with internal and external regulations for database implementation procedures. Job Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of practical experience as a database administrator in production environments. Experience in MySQL and MONGODB databases, including performance tuning and architecture. Experience in writing debugging procedures, functions, and SQL statements. Experience in Unix/Shell Scripting and Python. Experience with AWS or Microsoft Azure is a valuable asset. Experience in troubleshooting skills, technical acumen, and documentation proficiency are preferred.
