Job description:

• Sample and assay result QAQC including blank, standard, samples ID an CRM.
• Investigate, address any laboratory discrepancies or issues that may arise
• QAQC DNB holes data, geology logging data, geological data and internal data validation.
• Participation in the delivery of high-quality post-drilling QAQC reports at the end of each drill program to the estimation team and other stakeholders.
• Update and importing assay result as well as SG pycnometer test from laboratory into geology database.
• Ensuring structure existing geology data base, it can be import into 3D geology software. Periodically import clean and clear geology data base into 3D geology software (Micromine).
• Preparing excel Ocris format for migration old data base into Ocris.
• Liaise with the Data Management Team and aid the site teams in the support, improvements and standardization Ocris databases.
• Delivery of the weekly/monthly QAQC reports
• Support the Senior Resource Definition Geologist in meeting company objectives.
• Managing folder and update OP-Geo data in Microsoft teams.
• Ensure all data periodically (daily & weekly) back up in hard disk and dedicated server.
• Record all purchase request in procurement folder.
• Ensure all necessary hard copy document are printed. Compliance with management assignment from time to time.
• Maintaining confidentiality of company data and it is not allowed to provide information to other parties without management\'s approval.

Requirement:

• Bachelor\'s degree in geology
• 2-5 years of experience in exploration or mine geology work and able to seconded to another project.
• Have a good understanding geology aspect and able to identify in the field.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months Salary: RM5,000.00 - RM5,999.00 per month Benefits:
