Job Description
Class atmosphere: The teacher should be flexible in teaching. Ensure the children enjoy learning through interactions such as games related to the teaching content. Can use flash card, games or group competitions effectively to help to strengthen the students\' grasp of the knowledge.
- Marking of books: the teacher should carefully read and check the student\'s sentences/vocabulary.
- Classroom management: Teacher need to ensure students practise good manners, safety, and well-being .
- Lesson plan: Teachers have to be well- prepared with their Lesson Plan, Teaching Aids before teaching. (Eg: Flash card, Story, CD Player etc.)
- Teachers must ensure that the syllabus is related to the school/ kindergerten\'s syllabus guidelines and requirements.
- Tutoring.
- Homework Coaching: All student\'s homework need to be completed, carefully checked, and marked with proper explanation and guidance.
