Should have Database Migration Experience from lower version of MSSQL to Nth Version.
Implementing, configuring, and maintaining Microsoft SQL Server systems.
Monitoring database performance, security, and availability.
Managing database backups, restores, and recovery strategies.
Performing regular database maintenance, such as index rebuilding and query optimization.
Collaborating with developers on database design and integration.
Troubleshooting and resolving database issues promptly.
