Job Description

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in vendor management and contract negotiation within the data centre or related industry. Understanding of data centre operations, maintenance requirements, and industry standards. Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of securing favourable contract terms. Ability to analyse performance data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with vendors and internal stakeholders. Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple contracts and vendors simultaneously. Ability to quickly resolve issues and disputes with vendors in a professional and effective manner. Willingness to travel within the Southeast Asia region as needed to manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations.

Desired Attributes:

Relevant certifications in procurement, supply chain management, or contract management (e.g., CPM, CSCP, or similar). Familiarity with the business environment and regulatory landscape in Southeast Asia. Proactive and self-motivated with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
