Job Description
D&E EngineerOur client is an established fixtures & fitting manufacturing company. Currently they are looking for a passionate professional to join them as the D&E Engineer.Job Responsibilities
- Develop cost-effective manufacturing processes to boost productivity.
- Research and implement new tools or equipment to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
- Improve packaging methods for both new and existing products.
- Create production methods for new fixtures and prototypes.
- Maintain and update the product database.
- Collaborate with the Design & Engineering Department to create part and packaging drawings.
- Participate in prototype building activities, including testing and modification.
- Document reports for prototyping and value engineering.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Diploma in Interior Design, Engineering, Production Management, or related fields required.
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing and product research & development.
- Experience in renovation or furniture industry is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
