Basic Salary : up to RM 3500/Month

- Administrative & Clerical Support to Client-Facing Teams
- Internal Enquiries & Complaints Management
- Case Progress Monitoring & SLA Compliance
- Database Maintenance, Filing Records, & Reporting
- Ad-Hoc Tasks & Special ProjectsRequirement:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative At least 0.5 years experience in customer oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Fit to work (No health issues Mental or Physical)
- At least Diploma in relevant field
