Why does this job exist and why is it critical We are looking for a high energy, experienced individual with a proven track record in shaping major complex deals from conceptualisationto deal structure along with an excellent deal closing record. The role requires a consultative/ solutions selling approach in order to shape offers that deliver significant benefits and value to our clients. The candidate should have the ability to understand and solve business issues for customers across major industry verticals with a view to establishing the foundation for on-going strategic relationships. The role requires the ability to operate/ leverage across a matrix of internal stakeholders and customer stakeholders. What are you accountable for Develop pipeline of significant deals in accordance with financial KPIs, including increasing awareness of our capability\'s via marquee deals Liaise with other internal sales teams (e.g. Corporate Account Managers) to identify and shape transformational conversation with key customer C-suite stakeholders Establishing and maintaining key relationships at senior levels within customer organisations to develop & close deals Generate and share insights from customer engagement sessions to distil customer business needs, strategize on potential opportunities/offerings and collaborate with Product teams to develop compelling client propositions. Formulating, implementing and managing strategic engagement plans for each opportunity including deal structuring ideas and proposal storylines/pitches for syndication across internal stakeholders Negotiating major complex deals Coordinating and working in a complex matrix environment to establish balance of solution and commercial outcome both internally and with customers Being accountable for deal Business Cases for C-Level internal approvals Manage pipeline and report on the major Deals opportunities vs Financial targets Create and manage a digital knowledge repository for the strategic deals portfolio and competitor intelligence on behalf of business unit What do you need to have for this role Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate across industry sectors and solution offerings Experienced in high quality, professional engagement with senior stakeholders within customers both in terms of interpersonal & presentation skills with an appropriate mix of confidence and humility Ability to think out-of-box, identify unsaid customer needs and generate new business opportunities Ability to interact with and positively influence customer decision making executives across levels - C-suite Executives, Business Heads leaders, VP/Directors etc. Creativity to be able to develop innovative solutions, innovative business and commercial models, innovative partnerships Solid core consulting skills to develop strategic, compelling customer propositions and a track record of successful client delivery including strong project management experience with cross-functional teams Experience in developing complex customer solutions across product portfolios, technology, industry verticals etc. Experience in IT /technology & business advisory/ consultancy and project execution & delivery across major industry verticals Ability to engage consultatively on innovation, industry transformation trends, potential client initiatives and supporting solutions.
