Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic Deals and Sales Associate to join our DX Department. This role involves identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships and supporting business development initiatives. You will be a key driver in building partnerships and closing deals to grow Goviral Lab's digital transformation services.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and build strong relationships with potential clients and partners to secure appointments and achieve daily KPI targets.
Attend online and physical meetings to present solutions, explain products and services clearly and engage prospects effectively.
Coordinate and confirm client meetings, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Take structured notes during sales calls and meetings to ensure accurate follow-ups and seamless client experience.
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, invoices, receipts, pitch decks and sales presentations.
Conduct timely and proactive follow-ups to convert leads into confirmed clients.
Manage and track the sales pipeline from lead generation through to deal closure.
Collaborate with consultants and project teams to align client needs with tailored solutions.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, monitor competitor activities and refine sales strategies.
Contribute to monthly sales targets, department revenue growth and overall business development strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
Experience in sales or tele-sales, business development or client management is a plus but motivated candidates are welcome.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
Organised, detail-oriented and professional in handling client documents.
Results-driven, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
