Job Description

Perform deburring, masking, sandblasting, and polishing operations in accordance with established procedures and production requirements to ensure smooth workflow and meet quality standards. Conduct routine inspection, proper usage, and basic maintenance of tools and equipment; promptly identify and report any abnormalities to ensure uninterrupted and safe operations. Follow all safety protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process flows to prevent workplace injuries and ensure consistent product quality. Responsible for the classification and zoned storage of components within the debarring, sandblasting, and polishing work areas. Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and efficiency of the workplace through strict adherence to 6S management practices (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety). Complete tasks and assignments as directed by supervisors, ensuring timely and accurate execution of responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities:-

Carry out deburring and polishing tasks as per the production schedule and technical specifications. Operate and maintain relevant tools and equipment efficiently, ensuring regular checks and immediate reporting of faults or wear. Adhere strictly to safety regulations and work procedures to maintain a safe and controlled work environment. Organize and manage storage of materials and finished products in clearly designated zones to support workflow efficiency. Apply 6S principles daily to sustain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area. Collaborate effectively with team members and follow instructions from team leads and supervisors.
Requirement:

SPM / secondary qualification & above. Able to rotate shift and work overtime. Possess with own transport. Strong sense of responsibility, motivated, and a good team player.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
