Kelayakan
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (such as SPM/"O" Level).
- Ability to identify and resolve issues related to debt collection.
- Able to communicate effectively with customers / Strong interpersonal skills.
- Retrieve company accounts
- Contacting customers or clients who have overdue payments or outstanding debts through phone calls, emails, or letters.
- Negotiating with debtors to establish payment plans and arrangements to settle their debts.
- Handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries related to debts, and providing payment assistance.
