Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Hardware Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in power electronics and circuit analysis, with hands-on experience in testing and debugging. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while contributing to the development and improvement of high-quality electronic products.

Responsibilities:

1. Tune voltage regulation loops and adjust other parameters for optimal performance.

2. Diagnose and resolve complex hardware failures (PCB defects, component stress, thermal issues).

Conduct root cause analysis using:

Oscilloscopes, thermal cameras, parametric testers

3. Perform hardware testing & debugging, analyzing electronic issues in production.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes.

4. Provide technical support/repairs on products, replacing faulty components when needed.

5. Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians.

6. Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

7. Debug and optimize test setups for DC-DC modules (functional, electrical, environmental testing).

8. Collaborate with R&D and QA teams to ensure smooth product transitions from prototype to mass production.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field. 3+ years in power electronics manufacturing (DC-DC converters, AC-DC supplies, or related products). Understanding of DC/DC topologies (Buck, Boost, Flyback, LLC). Proficiency with test equipment (electrical load, powersupply, oscilloscopes, voltage/current probes and etc.) Familiar with the characteristic of electrical components, such as inductor,MOSFET, capacitors and etc. Knowledge of electronic components and failure analysis techniques. Strong problem-solving & analytical skills. Technical writing & documentation abilities. Effective communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with hardware testing schemes and debugging methodologies. Ability to analyze electronic circuits and production defects. Speak English fluently
