• Lead the entire sustaining and NPI activity.
• Devising which tests to conduct and how to conduct them to ensure that products are reliable
• Documenting all aspects of testing, including the tests conducted and the results, detailing any faults identified and the stage at which these became evident
• Reporting results of tests to management
• Perform software modifications
• Provide calibration and specification feedback on development processes and final products to perfect procedures and ensure desired outcomes.
• Directly involved in the development, optimization and production of software and devices for measuring or testing new products such as optical transceiver sub-components, examining current systems and data networking

The experience we\xe2\x80\x99re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor degree in Electronic/Electrical or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in manufacturing test and test development
• Knowledge in Automotive and ISO/TS 16949
• Experienced and skilled in APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, Minitab, GR&R, CPK
• Experience in SCPI language programming, Visual basic 6 programming, C# programming are highly desired.
