Strong in troubleshooting skills by using test equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.)
Conduct root cause analysis
Document failure analysis reports and improvement actions
Collaborate with R&D, Engineering and Production teams to resolve recurring issues and improve yield.
Ensure the PCBA Hardware and Software are compliance during the operation
To maintain good work discipline at workstation
To perform other duties / assignment as needed from time to time
