Job Description

This position is responsible for trouble shoot units that are detected to fail received from production. They will work closely with production, quality team, process team, test team and product team. They also provide support to the special tasks if required.

Responsibilities:

1. Diagnoses, troubleshoots and test various of reject meters, electronic assemblies and PCBs (printed circuit boards) down to the component level.

2. Perform first level analysis for production support.

3. Document root causes of failure meters and recommend corrective actions.

4. Troubleshoot the failure according to the priority SO (sales order) to meet PTS target date.

5. Feedback or open discussion with Engineer if the issues still encountered/hardcore units.

6. Provide support on special tasks such as reject meters from SG, fail units from subcon, change part for NPI and etc.

7. Maintain tools and equipment in a work station like doing PM (Preventive maintenance) accordingly to ensure compliance with safety standard and company procedures.

8. Can work independent and under pressure.

REQUIREMENT

:

1. Professional Certificate/Diploma in Electrical or Electronic or equivalent. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

2. Possess good soldering and rework skills as well as working knowledge with software applications.

3. Must be independent and equipped with good analytical and troubleshooting skills.

4. Knowledge in circuit analysis of schematic diagrams and debugging tools at PCBA level or component level.

5. Competent in required job knowledge and skills to perform assigned tasks.

6. Consistently completes assignments or work requirements on time without compromising on quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
