Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the daily production management of the deburring team; formulate production plans and organize implementation to ensure timely task completion.
Supervise team members to follow deburring process requirements and operating procedures to ensure product quality meets standards.
Manage team attendance, scheduling, and performance evaluation; strengthen safety awareness and provide skill training.
Maintain and manage deburring tools and equipment to ensure proper functionality and availability.
Control material consumption, record production data accurately, and analyze process issues to propose improvement measures.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area; ensure proper 5S implementation to create a safe and efficient working environment.
Job Requirements:
Minimum SPM / High School education, preferably with mechanical background.
At least 3 years of deburring experience and 2 years in a supervisory role.
Familiar with deburring processes, tools, and quality standards.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
Salary Range: RM 2,000 - 4,000
Location: Senai, Johor
