Job Description

Responsible for declaration Import(K1), Export (K2,K3), K8 & K9.

Verifying invoices, packing list, BL, NOA for declaration purposes.

Ensure BL, NOA data are tally with port system.

Ensure that all the shipping details are verified on timely basic.

Monitor all documents are received in order and before ETA/Closing Date.

Ensure tax exemption are in good order.

Ensure K1/K2/K9 data generated is tally with shipping documents.

Monitor clearance status - ensure papers are cleared within 24 hours to avoid Shut-Out.

Ensure duty is only paid to Customs upon confirmation from customer service.

Prepare gate pass for container delivery purpose.

Responsible for declaration K4 (Manifest).

Responsible to ensure system Aldec (declaration system) to run smoothly.

Assist and support despatch & outdoor operation job if needed.

Print & clarify Westport & Northport monthly invoices for billing purpose.

Assist on cross boarder shipment (CBT)

Any other duties assigned by superior


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month

Work Location: In person
