We\'re looking for a Def Jam Intern from August 2023 onwards for at least 6 months with exceptional creativity to join the Def Jam SEA family who meets the following criteria:

Daily tasks include but are not limited to:

• Create engaging and compelling content for social media posts, including graphics, videos, and written captions
• Assist in scheduling and publishing social media posts using social media management tools
• Provide support in organising and upkeeping of company\xe2\x80\x99s assets, social media platforms, internal databases, spreadsheets and calendar
• Provide general administrative support including data entry, research, and reports
• Assist in developing and executing campaigns to promote new music releases, artist initiatives, and label events
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and best practices

Requirements:

• A great story-teller who is able to assist in creating and curating engaging content
• Skilled in graphic design and video editing software (Canva, Final Pro, iMovie, CapCut)
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Powerpoint)
• Has a strong sense of focus and attention to detail ensuring quality of work is never compromised
• Naturally has strong project and time management skills
• Appreciates open communication and proactively provides updates to the team
• Has a pulse on music, entertainment and content landscape
