Industry: PharmaceuticalWorking Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLYWorking Location: Sunway Pinnacle, Petaling Jaya, SelangorWorking Day/Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:30am - 5:30pmSalary: Basic range between RM5000 - RM6000 (Based on experience + skills) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + medical coverageThe ROA Deliver Support Specialist will assist in process improvements in ERP (SAP) and related applications for markets in Rest of Asia (ROA) region covering Customer Service and Deliver functions. (APAC excluding Japan and China).Key responsibilities:Rest of Asia (ROA) Deliver Support Specialist

  • Responsible for achieving operations excellence through automation and/or streamlining of processes between 4PL providers and company activity across ROA markets.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking to identify solutions for order and inventory management processing efficiency.
  • Work closely with and provide regular updates to ROA Enablement Manager, including alignment on priorities, collaboration on solutions, communication of issues, challenges, roadblocks.
  • Work with ROA Deliver teams to understand current process, gaps and opportunities, mandatory requirements.
  • Work with regional IT to design and deliver improved system solutions, including interfaces with external providers or other applications where possible and appropriate.
  • Work with external business partners, e.g. 4PL, to design, develop and test interface solutions where possible and appropriate.
  • Maintain process documentation to support user stories, local procedure updates, required changes on current process, and scaling of solution in ROA region. Documentation may include but not be limited to flows charts or other methods of documentation.
KEY BUSINESS RESULTS
  • Automated and/or streamlined process for orders and inventory management.
  • Solutions scalable across multiple markets
Required Qualification and Core Competencies for the role:
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management / Business Administration, or any related discipline.
  • At least 2 years\' relevant experience and prior exposure in an order processing and inventory management role would be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of ordering and inventory management business processes in SAP environment will be an advantage.
  • Meticulous, organized, detail oriented with process improvement mindset, willingness to challenge current processes, strong numerical and analytical skills, Proficiency in Microsoft Office, possess initiative and able to work independently, able to work in a fast paced and volatile environment.
  • System: SAP and experience with system interfaces and process documentation, experience with system testing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to function as both a team player and a team leader including basic project management skills, able to develop and maintain excellent working relationships, work successfully within a team environment, proactive team player, able to take charge and follow-through.
  • Cultural sensitivity and ability to work and thrive in a multi-cultural environment, as well as an ability to work in a matrix environment are required. Having Flexibility and ability to adapt to an ever- changing supply chain & deliver environment.
  • Strong English verbal and written skills.
