Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations, including parcel storage, sorting, and dispatch, ensuring maximum efficiency and minimal losses.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams to address and resolve routine delivery and parcel receiving issues promptly.
Verify customer information for accuracy to ensure timely and correct processing in line with operational standards.
Prepare and analyze operational reports (daily, weekly, monthly) covering undelivered parcels, delivery exceptions, and corrective actions taken.
Compile and monitor branch-level financial reports, including daily revenue, to evaluate operational performance.
Keep abreast of the latest logistics technologies and industry best practices to enhance workflows and operational efficiency.
Assist with additional tasks and special projects as assigned by branch supervisors or management.
Job Requirements:
Minimum SPM qualification or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
At least 1 year of experience in warehouse, courier, or logistics operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP).
Good communication skills; fluency in English or Chinese is a plus.
Strong coordination and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
