Job Description

Responsibilities:

Load, transport, and deliver items to clients or businesses safely and on time. Check orders before and after delivery to make sure they are complete, charges are correct, and customers are satisfied. Help with loading and unloading items from vehicles. Collect payments for delivered items when required. Provide good customer service by answering questions and handling complaints politely. Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules. Adhering all traffic rules and maintain a clean driving record. Prepare delivery reports and related documents. Operate vehicles and equipment such as cars, trucks, forklifts, etc. Must be able to communicate in English. Perform other tasks assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements:

Must have a valid GDL license. Clean driving record with no major violations. Additional licenses may be needed for certain vehicles. Prior experience is preferred but not always required. Must be willing to follow routes, schedules, safety procedures, and traffic laws. Good time management and customer service skills. Physically able to walk, drive, lift, and carry heavy items for long periods. High attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
