Requirements

• Possess a valid GDL driving license and a clean driving record, demonstrating the ability to safely operate delivery vehicles.
• Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, enabling effective communication with a diverse range of customers and colleagues.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize deliveries to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
• Capable of providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Demonstrated physical stamina and the ability to handle heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing and walking in a warehouse environment.
• Willingness to perform warehouse duties, including but not limited to, picking, packing, and organizing inventory, as needed.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to accurately convey information and collaborate with team members.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate company vehicles to deliver goods to customers in a timely manner, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
• Load and unload goods from the delivery vehicle, ensuring proper handling and securement to prevent damage during transit.
• Assist with warehouse duties, including receiving, inspecting, and stocking incoming shipments, and organizing inventory in designated areas.
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, preparing them for delivery according to established procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain necessary signatures or confirmations upon delivery completion.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks, such as monitoring fluid levels and tire pressure, and report any mechanical issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring a safe working space for all team members.
